Dane Street, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Manager who will play a vital leadership role in expanding its Physician Panel for federal and VA exams. The Recruiting Manager plays a key leadership role in expanding and maintaining Dane Street’s Physician Panel, with a focus on federal and VA exam services. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, supervising staff, engaging physicians, and ensuring operational execution.

An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
3+ years of healthcare or physician recruiting experience; experience with federal or VA programs preferred.
1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of credentialing and healthcare compliance requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Suite and recruitment tools/ATS platforms
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage competing priorities.
Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
Supply and support their own internet services.
Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
