Job summary

The Brien Center is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to lead our full hiring cycle, from sourcing through placement. You will collaborate with internal hiring managers and local colleges to ensure staffing needs are met, while leveraging creative sourcing to fill vacancies.

You will work both collaboratively and independently, using digital and traditional outreach to attract top candidates and manage the candidate flow to support program staffing levels.
