Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage day-to-day recruiting coordination and people administration from posting through onboarding handoff. You’ll support application review, candidate communication, interview scheduling, sourcing, pipeline management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

You will work with Breezy HR, Gusto, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, enabling multi-state hiring while protecting confidential information and following approved

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting coordination or TA administration with strong hiring support.
• Experience following screening criteria, collecting feedback, and escalating decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approved recruiting searches from posting to onboarding handoff.
• Manage candidate inquiries and keep timely communications with all stakeholders.
• Support candidate sourcing through approved boards and referrals while maintaining organized lists.
• Maintain Breezy HR, HubSpot, Google Drive, and Gusto records with accuracy.
