Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events.
- Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e., benefits, comp, etc.).
- Be comfortable with data; running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task.
- Spread the Uber LOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior scheduling experience. Calendar management, high volume scheduling.
- Stakeholder Management: develop relationships.
- Customer Service Mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
