• Collaborate cross-functionally with the People team and leaders to solve logistical hurdles and unblock hiring bottlenecks.
• Communicate complex recruitment findings and reporting to hiring teams, guiding university strategy and candidate trends.
• Act as a versatile utility player to support strategic TA initiatives with ownership and integrity.

This isn't a typical high-volume recruiting role; it is a high-stakes mission to bridge the digital and real worlds by identifying potential where others see only a blank resume. You will navigate the fast-paced, often ambiguous landscape of campus cycles, apprenticeship programs, and internal events, all while moving with the urgency and care that Uber's mission demands.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for non-techinical intern and New College Grad candidates, creating a world-class candidate experience.


• Design and execute scalable yet tailored sourcing strategies at events, webinars, and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador.


• Navigate and cultivate successful relationships between academic institutions and internal industry groups, influencing hiring managers with data-backed insights.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with the People team and business leaders to solve logistical hurdles and unblock hiring bottlenecks in a fast-changing environment.


• Communicate complex recruitment findings and reporting to hiring teams, providing clarity and direction on university strategy and candidate trends.


• Act as a versatile utility player, jumping in to support strategic TA initiatives whenever needed with a focus on ownership and integrity.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting with specific experience in Early Careers or University Talent Acquisition.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience managing stakeholders and driving data-informed hiring decisions in a fast-paced, global tech environment.


• Strong project management skills with the resilience to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.


• Passion for candidate experience and a deep understanding of the unique stressors of the student job hunt.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $122,000 per year - USD $135,000 per year.
