Phaidon International in Chicago, IL is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant at entry level for a Fall start. The role offers a base of $45,000 plus uncapped commission with an expected first-year OTE of $70k–$80k.

You will develop relationships with hiring managers, engage top talent, and manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement. A strong mindset and degree are required, with excellent communication and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Development: build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Candidate Engagement: identify and headhunt top professionals and build a pipeline
• End-to-End Process Management: own the full recruitment cycle from intro to offer
