FIFTEEN WEST in New York, NY is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive growth in technology recruitment. You will train, build client relationships at senior levels, and place top tech talent across FinTech and GreenTech sectors.

No prior recruitment experience is required; successful candidates will receive structured training and clear performance targets to accelerate progression.

The Recruitment Consultant will build relationships with senior technology leaders, develop new client accounts, connect businesses with high-quality talent, and manage recruitment processes from first conversation through successful placement.
