Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market. A transparent career framework with opportunities to move into leadership, alongside a competitive salary and performance‑based commission.
Michael Page is a global leader in recruitment, with about 6,000 plus people across 34 countries. For 50 years, we've been connecting people with roles that bring out their best and helping organizations find the talent they need.
Our Philadelphia Property and Construction team focuses on permanent, mid-to-senior level roles. We work closely with our clients and candidates, building long‑term relationships and acting as trusted advisors, not just recruiters. With clear goals, strong support and market‑leading training, we help our people grow quickly and build lasting careers.
The salary range for this role is $54,000 to $62,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate may be eligible for performance bonuses and sales incentives.
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes Paid Time Off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, healthcare FSA, commuter benefits, paid parental leave, back‑up childcare, prepaid legal services, home and auto insurance, pet insurance, and mental health coaching and counseling.
Michael Page is an inclusive employer. We want to make sure you have everything you need to perform at your best throughout our hiring process, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to support with your application or interview.
