Job summary

Evosearch Limited is seeking experienced 360 recruiters to join the expanding team in Houston, shaping a world-class search process for AI, hyperscale compute, energy, and digital infrastructure clients.

You will build relationships across technical infrastructure and AI markets in the US, work with hyperscalers and energy companies on active searches, and manage multiple searches across contingent and retained assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A competitive nature, ideally with 360 sales recruitment experience within energy or infrastructure.
• Wants direct exposure to some of the most active infrastructure markets globally.
• Enjoys working in a fast moving, high level and competitive environment.
• Naturally curious and capable of learning technical markets quickly.

We are representing a rapidly expanding infrastructure recruitment agency, who are looking to appoint experienced 360 recruiters to join their hugely successful team in Houston.

You will join a team of exceptional international recruitment specialists, helping to build, develop & deliver a world class search process to their clients; driving their global growth across the expansion in the US of AI, hyperscale compute, power generation, transmission, digital infrastructure, and critical facilities.

Operating as an extension of their clients’ teams, delivering technical & leadership talent where speed, precision, & execution matter most; you will have immediate access to incredible $10 bill clients who are actively building some of the most important infrastructure platforms within the market.

With average fees of £55k, you work in a high-performance environment, rather than a heavily corporate structure; with direct exposure to some of the most active infrastructure markets globally. You will

This is an exciting opportunity to join early, have real influence, work a strong growth market & be part of shaping the business from the ground up. You will be rewarded well with 50% bonus and with the top performers currently earning $70-$90k month.
