Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience is required.
• Permanent placement or direct-hire recruitment experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Comfortable with business development and cold calling.
• Track record of placements and revenue generation.
• Existing client network is a strong advantage.
• Industry experience in engineering, energy, infrastructure, or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win new permanent placement business and grow client accounts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Identify recruitment opportunities and develop a strong client pipeline.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
• Negotiate offers and manage client and candidate expectations.
• Grow your desk and generate permanent placement revenue.
