Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience is required.
• Permanent placement or direct-hire recruitment experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Comfortable with business development and cold calling.
• Track record of placements and revenue generation.
• Existing client network is a strong advantage.
• Industry experience in engineering, energy, infrastructure, or construction is a plus.

CCL Global is looking for an experienced agency recruiter to join our Houston team, focusing on permanent placements across engineering, energy, infrastructure, and construction.

We're looking for a commercially minded recruiter who knows how to win business, build lasting client relationships, and deliver successful permanent placements. This role is suited to someone who enjoys owning their desk, developing new accounts, and growing a profitable permanent recruitment business.

The Role

• Winning new permanent placement business and developing client accounts
• Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Identifying recruitment opportunities and developing a strong client pipeline
• Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
• Managing the permanent recruitment process from initial client contact through offer and placement
• Negotiating offers and managing client and candidate expectations
• Growing your desk and generating permanent placement revenue

What We're Looking For

• Previous agency recruitment experience is required
• Experience in permanent placement or direct-hire recruitment is strongly preferred
• A proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Comfortable with business development, cold calling, and winning new accounts
• A track record of placements, billings, or revenue generation
• An existing client network is a strong advantage
• Engineering, civil infrastructure, construction, energy, or related industry experience is a plus

Performance & Earnings

Base salary plus commission, dependent on experience.

Hybrid: In-office Tuesday through Thursday
