SThree plc is expanding its award-winning sales training program and seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Houston team. You will manage a 360 desk, support clients and candidates through the recruitment process, and drive the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

You'll build client relationships, identify top candidates, and collaborate with teams on filling open roles. We offer a base salary plus uncapped commissions, merit-based progression, and comprehensive benefits,
