Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) seeks Associate/Senior Consultant in Chicago, with remote-okay but must be based in Chicago area. You will build relationships with engineering professionals across North America and guide candidates through recruitment, while progressing into 360 consulting roles.

Responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting consultative interviews, and partnering with senior consultants to deliver talent solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Experience in agency recruitment and B2B sales preferred.
• A proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Resilient and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering and infrastructure professionals across North America.
