Stanton House in Chicago is hiring a recruitment consultant to identify talent for High-Tech and GTM roles. You’ll headhunt, vet candidates and coordinate interviews, building strong client and candidate networks from day one.

You’ll join a growing team that values integrity, energy and ambition, with a clear progression framework, 23 days PTO and flexible working. This role offers a base salary of $45,000–$50,000 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Curiosity about tech and GTM industries.

Responsibilities

• Head-hunt and source candidates for client requirements.
• Use LinkedIn and databases to identify talent.
• Vet candidates via calls to assess fit and goals.
• Build relationships with candidates in your market.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain CRM with accurate candidate data.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
