Instawork is seeking a GTM Recruiting Consultant for a 3-6 month contract in San Francisco or Chicago to drive end-to-end recruitment for Account Executives, Enterprise Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives. You will partner with GTM leaders, creatively source top passive talent, manage through Greenhouse, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years targeting GTM/Commercial roles in fast-growth SaaS/tech marketplace.
• Experience sourcing passive talent and engaging top-tier candidates.
• Ability to guide hiring managers with data-backed recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles.
• Strategic Alignment with GTM hiring managers.
• Creative Sourcing through LinkedIn and specialized networks.
• Candidate Experience Champion from outreach to offer.
• ATS Hygiene in Greenhouse for accurate reporting.
