Our client, a hedge fund, based in Midtown, NY is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join its fast-paced recruiting team. Candidates must have at least two years of prior relevant experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the hiring of world-class talent while gaining hands-on experience in best-in-class recruiting operations within the investment management industry.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Prepare interview materials, maintain candidate records, and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage candidate communications, including interview logistics, status updates, and next steps
Partner closely with recruiters and the broader HR team to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
Background in financial services, professional services, or similarly fast-paced corporate environments preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
