*Classification: Full Time, Non-Exempt

*Location: Remote

*NBS has standard office hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST with the option to work a Compressed Work Week (9/80) schedule.

Summary:

NBS is currently seekingResource Coordinators in our District Management Group. This position will provide essential administrative support to NBS public agency consulting teams. This role involves a variety of tasks, including research, data input and export, report extractions, and document coordination. The Resource Coordinator will ensure that data is accurately input into systems, district maps, and other relevant materials are gathered, and client data is accurately and timely updated.

Essential functions:

1. Research and Data Management: Conduct research to gather relevant district maps, public data, and other necessary materials requested by consulting teams. Input and update data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the information. Export and import data and reports from various software systems, ensuring seamless integration of information.

2. Document Coordination: Organize and maintain electronic files and task management information in various project management and other database systems. Submit data to clients as requested by the consulting team. Assist in extracting and preparing required reports, ensuring all required material is available, accurate, and submitted timely.

3. System Management and Support: Monitor and maintain data in proprietary software system relevant to all assigned tasks. Coordinate data transfer between software platforms. Assist consulting team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, preparing materials for projects or meetings, and other ad hoc responsibilities.

4. Customer Care Coverage: Provide coverage and support in the absence or shortage of customer care staff. This involves fielding phone calls from property owners and other callers requesting documents and information. Prepare service tickets and route request to the appropriate employee for completion or resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· The ability to multitask and prioritize work ensuring deadlines are met.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Efficient time management.

· Attention to detail ensuring documentation is accurate.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency with communication tools and technology.

· Advanced experience with Asana and Excel a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
