Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Findlay, OH is seeking an office leader to recruit and train caregivers and to manage schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in growing and managing the office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in home care/healthcare is required.
• At least one year of managerial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are properly staffed.
