Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing seeks a Recruiting Supervisor to lead a centralized hiring center team focused on hiring diesel technicians across North America. You will train, coach, and motivate staff, partner with location managers, and drive efficient recruiting processes.

The role emphasizes candidate experience and cross-functional collaboration with field recruiters and HR leaders. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership in recruiting, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of recruiting work experience and leadership.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience or 3+ years with Penske experience and strong performance.
• Experience leading a recruiting or contact center team with training, coaching, and engagement.
• 3+ years’ experience as a recruiter or manager responsible for interviewing and hiring.
• Past experience hiring vehicle repair technicians preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing with candidates and leaders.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Hiring Specialists and prioritize recruiting needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR and Recruiting teams to align staffing activities.
• Ensure consistent recruiting processes and quality selections.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, training, and program compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert for contact center technologies and recruiting systems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and short-term projects.
