Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Reading, PA is seeking a Recruiting Supervisor for Driver Hiring Center to lead a team of centralized recruiters.

You will ensure a white-glove candidate experience, collaborate with location managers across the US and Canada, and support business recruiting needs with compliant processes. The role requires 2+ years of leadership in recruiting, familiarity with Penske’s driver hiring process, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant recruiting work experience and leadership.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience required, with coaching, development, and conflict management.
• Experience leading one of Penske's other hiring center teams is highly preferred.
• Prior knowledge of our internal Driver Hiring process and customer base is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Driver Hiring Specialists, prioritizing recruiting needs and workload.
• Ensure collaboration between Operations, HR and Recruiting teams to align staffing needs.
• Ensure consistent application of Penske recruiting processes with audits and feedback.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, training, and program compliance; drive engagement.
• Perform candidate driving record and background screening reviews per Penske guidelines.
• Serve as subject matter expert for contact center tech, Salesforce CRM and Oracle Enterprise recruiting systems.
