You will lead a team of centralized driver recruiters, partner with location managers, and drive hiring activity across the US and Canada, ensuring a strong candidate experience and strict process adherence. You will manage staff, develop talent, monitor performance, and oversee background checks, driving records, and system tools (Salesforce, Oracle Enterprise).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting leadership experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience in recruiting or related fields.
• Experience with driver/hiring processes or staffing centers is preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Driver Hiring Specialists and prioritize recruiting needs.
• Collaborate across Operations, HR, and Recruiting to align staffing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Penske recruiting processes and conduct audits.
