Qualifications

• External candidates require 2+ years in recruiting, call center, or related hiring decisions.
• Experience interviewing and hiring highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools required.
• Ability to capture information accurately while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage candidate leads via calls, email, social media, and referrals.
• Present value proposition and discuss technician opportunities with candidates.
• Capture driver information in Salesforce and keep data current.
• Coordinate with field managers and ensure timely candidate progression.
