• Manage daily operations of Driver Hiring Specialists and prioritize recruiting needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruiting teams to align staffing.
• Ensure consistent application of Penske recruiting processes and drive audits/feedback.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance, and engagement activities for the team.
• Conduct background checks and driving record reviews per guidelines.
• Serve as SMEs for contact center tech (NICE, Salesforce, Oracle, CRM).
• Lead process improvement initiatives and small projects as assigned.
• Travel to field locations and lead in-person hiring events as needed.
