• Source and manage candidate leads via calls, email, social media, and referrals.
• Take phone applications and ensure accuracy per DOT requirements.
• Conduct phone/video interviews and determine minimum qualifications.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding steps with candidates.
