Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to make initial contact with truck driver prospects, answer questions about driving roles, and set up interviews with Driver Recruiters. This is a 1st shift, full-time position with standard daytime hours.

You will review applications, screen candidates, and discuss opportunities when candidates are not a fit, ensuring qualified applicants move forward. Collaboration with recruiters is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Specialist in Green Bay to make initial contact with truck driver prospects through answering phone calls, making outbound calls and sending text and online messages. The Recruiting Specialist will also answer candidates’ questions about Schneider’s driving jobs and ensure they meet qualifications, before setting up interviews for them with Driver Recruiters.
