Schneider is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter in Green Bay to be the point of contact for truck driver prospects. The Entry Level Recruiter will make outbound calls to driver candidates, conduct interviews, and extend job offers, while effectively communicating driving opportunities and promoting Schneider as an employer of choice.

The role requires an Associate degree and 1-2 years of recruiting experience, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
• 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience preferred.
