Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter in Green Bay to be the point of contact for truck driver prospects. The Entry Level Recruiter will make outbounds call to driver candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers. Skills and qualifications:

• Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
• 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
