BayCare Health System in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and making hiring recommendations. This role partners with recruiters to implement sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines, with a focus on the RN Residency Program.
The position is hybrid, based in the BayCare System Office West in Clearwater, and requires a Bachelor's degree with 1 year HR experience or 3 years

The Recruiting Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team by screening and qualifying candidates, making hiring recommendations, and assisting with recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This role partners with recruiters to implement creative sourcing strategies and expand candidate pipelines.
A key focus of this position is supporting BayCare's RN Residency Program . The individual in this role must reside in the Tampa Bay area and be available to attend hiring events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities that support the program.
