Job summary

BayCare Health System in the Tampa Bay area seeks a Recruiting Specialist to screen and qualify candidates, support hiring recommendations, and help expand the candidate pipeline for clinical and non-clinical roles.

You will partner with recruiters to implement sourcing strategies, coordinate travel for out-of-state candidates, support events and onboarding activities, and contribute to BayCare's RN Residency Program with a strong emphasis on organization and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (or ability to obtain a Bachelor's Degree within one year).
• One (1) year of Human Resources experience or Three (3) years of experience interviewing candidates.

Position Summary

The Recruiting Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team by screening and qualifying candidates, making hiring recommendations, and assisting with recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This role partners with recruiters to implement creative sourcing strategies and expand candidate pipelines.

A key focus of this position is supporting BayCare's RN Residency Program . The individual in this role must reside in the Tampa Bay area and be available to attend hiring events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities that support the program.

We are seeking a highly organized professional who demonstrates excellent time management skills and is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role.
