Job summary

NCW is launching a 12‑month Recruiting Rotational Program (ROOT) designed for recent graduates and early‑career professionals. You will rotate through multiple recruiting functions, from sourcing and candidate engagement to sales and account management, gaining real responsibilities from day one.

You’ll participate in a structured training curriculum, receive mentorship, and be evaluated for a transition into a full‑time role on a recruiting team within NCW.
