Job summary

Profound, a NYC-based AI marketing platform, is hiring its first Recruiting Operations Manager to scale the recruiting function.

You will lead the Recruiting Coordinator team, own Ashby ATS configurations, and build dashboards to track pipeline health and time to hire. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create a consistent, high-quality hiring experience and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting operations or a related function.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing ATS platforms, Ashby.
• Data-driven with ability to translate recruiting metrics into insights.
• Strong cross-functional partner with a builder mindset and ownership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow the Recruiting Coordinator team.
• Own Ashby ATS configuration, interview workflows, scorecards, and data integrity.
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards tracking pipeline health and time to hire.
• Design structured interview plans, loops, and scorecards with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Partner with Finance and People Operations on headcount planning and requisition tracking.
