Profound, a fast-growing AI marketing platform, is hiring its first Recruiting Operations Manager in NYC. You will build and lead a Recruiting Coordination team, own the ATS and scheduling tech, and design data dashboards to guide hiring decisions.

You will introduce AI-enabled workflows that increase throughput while preserving candidate experience. The role emphasizes strong leadership, systems thinking, and a builder mindset, with a base salary range noted and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Experienced operator with 6+ years in recruiting operations or HR systems.
• 2+ years managing a team and leading programs.
• AI-forward mindset with experience deploying automation in recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead & develop the Recruiting Coordination team and scale as hiring grows.
• Own Profound's recruiting tech stack, including ATS configuration and integrations.
• Build and maintain a data foundation with dashboards to guide decisions.
• Enable hiring managers with structured processes, SLAs, and playbooks.
