The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, strong skills with ATS systems, particularly Ashby, and an ability to handle multi-stakeholder coordination efficiently. The role demands clear communication and exceptional organizational skills.

Compensation includes a salary of $85,000–$100,000, performance bonuses, and various benefits such as meals, gym membership, and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Ashby.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder interview processes.
• Strong written communication skills with candidates.
• Extremely organized managing high-volume scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own Ashby system and ensure job pipelines are accurate.
• Coordinate multi-round interviews and logistics smoothly.
• Build and run interviewer training programs.
• Maintain candidate communication at every stage.
• Support the Recruiting Lead in operational tasks.
