Job summary

The Knights of Columbus is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support the Field Agent recruitment team, manage operations, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with HRIS and onboarding teams to drive efficiency and accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes program administration, candidate outreach, data integrity, and continuous improvement within a mission-driven organization in Connecticut and across North America.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred; SuccessFactors a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Support Field Agent (FA) recruitment team with programs and operations
• Coordinate licensing program enrollment, progress tracking and communications
• Administer LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for General Agents across North America
• Conduct proactive outreach to leads and qualify opportunities for Field leadership
• Produce weekly/monthly recruitment reports and maintain dashboards
