A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to join its Campus Recruiting team in Westport, CT.
This is a highly visible, fast-paced recruiting operations role for someone who has built a strong foundation in complex coordination and is ready to take on broader ownership. The ideal candidate is not simply an executor — they are proactive, thoughtful, highly organized, and comfortable anticipating problems, improving processes, and keeping multiple recruiting workstreams moving at once.
The team is highly collaborative and works closely across recruiting, candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners. The role combines recruiting coordination, candidate experience, operational problem-solving, data tracking, and support for campus recruiting programs and events.
This position sits within a collaborative Campus Recruiting team of approximately 10–11 people. The team experiences particularly busy recruiting periods during the fall and spring, with somewhat lighter periods in the summer and winter.
Approximately 20–30% of the role may involve recruiting event support.
The position is hybrid with a minimum of two days per week onsite in Westport, typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Candidates should also be comfortable with occasional visits to the firm’s New York City office for team meetings and events.
Typical hours are approximately 9:00 AM–6:00/7:00 PM, with additional hours possible during peak recruiting periods.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator or operations professional who wants to grow beyond traditional scheduling into a more strategic recruiting operations role. The position offers exposure to complex recruiting programs, senior stakeholders, process improvement, and broader operational ownership, with potential future paths into recruiting, project management, HR, and other strategic roles.
The firm also offers a highly competitive benefits package, including 100% paid medical coverage, a strong 401(k) match, unlimited PTO with a minimum usage expectation, work-from-away flexibility, additional time off around holidays, and catered meals and snacks.
