Job summary

THE-TEAM is seeking an Associate Manager, Recruiting to build and lead campus recruitment for student ambassador programs across the United States and Canada. This entry-level, fixed-term role runs through October 30, 2026 with potential extension, and offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of recruiting, campus engagement, marketing, or related experience.
• Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage large data sets.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker open to innovative approaches and solutions.
• Ability to deliver excellence independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and FormAssembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and lead campus recruiting strategies nationwide.
• Develop relationships with campus contacts, career centers, and student orgs.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future programs.
• Utilize sourcing methods including research, networking, social media, events, and referrals.
• Adapt recruitment strategies to client program needs.
• Collaborate with Next Gen Client Services to support recruitment processes across programs.
• Track recruiting activity in Salesforce with accurate documentation.
• Support daily workflow of client projects for timely delivery.
• Measure and analyze recruitment tactics for optimization.
• Research higher education institutions, campus trends, and contacts.
• Participate in agency brainstorming to engage Next Gen consumers.
• Contribute to agency culture and maintain enthusiasm for duties and initiatives.
