Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator on a contract basis to join the People Operations team. You will coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, configure Greenhouse ATS, and partner on onboarding and offboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment coordination, strong communication skills, and a track record of process improvements. This onsite role is based in San Jose, CA with a competitive hourly salary and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment coordination or operations experience.
• Proven ability to administer and configure Greenhouse ATS, including workflow changes.
• Experience managing high-volume, complex interview scheduling under tight timelines.
• Strong responsiveness and follow-through with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across email, Slack, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Experience: schedule onsite and virtual interviews with complex availability; serve as primary contact for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers; improve scheduling workflow.
• Greenhouse Administration & Configuration: configure and deploy changes to Greenhouse; maintain integrations with AI and MCP-based tools; manage data, permissions, templates, and automations.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: identify and implement improvements; consolidate recruitment documents into an indexed library; maintain auditable records.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: collaborate with People Operations to improve onboarding; support offboarding tasks.
• Interview Training & Compliance: coordinate training compliance across the hiring team; keep interviewers current with evaluation practices.
