The role supports HR operations, including hospitality, day-of changes, and lightweight SOPs. Full-time, cash compensation $60,000–$80,000, with equity and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a coordination/admin role (recruiting, HR, events, office ops).
• Strong calendaring and organization skills; comfortable with trackers/ATS.
• Calm, service-oriented onsite; able to troubleshoot quickly and communicate clearly.
• Discreet handling of confidential HR information.
• Experience owning high-volume onsite interview days with multi-loop schedules.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS to manage interview plans and logistics.
• Comfort with basic AV setup (Google Meet) and troubleshooting.
• Strong Google Sheets skills for trackers and templates.
• Experience building lightweight SOPs and checklists.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite candidate experience and logistics for interview days end-to-end.
• Run interview days: room bookings, agendas, AV basics, keep schedules on track.
• Partner with recruiters; drive operational plan and keep them updated.
• Coordinate hospitality: lunch, dietary needs, room resets.
• Maintain repeatable interview logistics with templates and checklists.
• Provide general HR admin support: scheduling help and document coordination.
