Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or people operations experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle moderately complex employee relations and organizational challenges with independence.
• Hands-on HR operations experience (HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave, immigration) and advising managers.
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law across disciplines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted contact for employees and managers on HR programs, policies, and benefits.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding end-to-end with focus on experience.
• Own day-to-day HR operations (HRIS/UKG, payroll support, benefits, leave, immigration) with external counsel.
• Handle moderately complex employee relations matters with risk assessment and solutions.
• Partner with managers on team effectiveness, development, and engagement; coach on people decisions.
• Support org design and change initiatives and navigate transitions.
• Work with leaders on workforce planning and headcount insights using data.
• Roll out people programs (performance cycles, engagement, onboarding, compensation planning).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and cross-functional HR collaboration.
