Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Shared Services recruiting team in optimizing talent attraction and acquisition practices. You will manage interview scheduling, sourcing support, and administrative tasks across North America, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in recruiting/HR/admin preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills needed.
• Experience with MS Office and collaboration tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews and travel using Outlook and Concur.
• Source candidates for various roles and support recruiters.
• Provide administrative support in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings.
• Build relationships with peers, managers, candidates and customers.
• Keep candidates informed and support their recruitment journey.
• Post requisitions, review applications and process offers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Utilize job boards to source candidates for open positions.
