Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support large-scale construction projects from Lenexa, KS. You will partner with project leadership to drive workforce planning and full-cycle recruiting across construction and project support functions.

This high-visibility role requires a proactive recruiter who can build strong relationships with operations leaders and deliver talent solutions in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or EPC-related hiring.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leadership to develop and execute workforce staffing plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, military programs, and industry outreach.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing talent market insights and recruiting best practices.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and candidate site visits.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide staffing updates to project and HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
