Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to own the hiring infrastructure and logistics. You will lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, optimize workflows from scheduling to onboarding, and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role sits at the intersection of people, process, and tech, enabling rapid, scalable talent acquisition. You will design interview frameworks, partner with HR, and drive cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, HR operations, or related field.
• 2+ years in people management, developing coordinators or ops specialists.
• Deep familiarity with Greenhouse and recruiting tech stacks; system admin experience.
• Strong process orientation; identify inefficiencies and implement solutions end-to-end.
• Experience designing or improving interview frameworks and scorecards.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-workstream management.
• Clear, direct communicator across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators; ensure high performance.
• Own and improve recruiting coordination workflows from scheduling to onboarding.
• Maintain and optimize recruiting systems and tools; ensure data integrity.
• Lead interview training programs and scorecard frameworks with Recruiting/HR.
• Develop recruiting communications, email templates and candidate messaging.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage new recruiting tools to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting and stakeholders to close process gaps.
• Develop and track operational metrics to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Work 4-5 days onsite at Hawthorne, CA office.
