Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the coordination, systems, and process infrastructure behind our recruiting function. This is a hands‑on role: you will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, own the day‑to‑day health of our recruiting systems, and build the operational strategy that lets recruiting scale cleanly as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in recruiting operations.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting coordination and recruiting systems.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Proven ability to document processes and ensure data hygiene.
• Experience partnering with People Operations on offers and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of recruiting systems and ATS.
• Lead and develop a team of coordinators and specialists.
• Define scalable operational strategies for recruiting.
• Ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting inputs.
• Support SOX compliance considerations and audits.
