Job summary

Ellipsis Health is hiring its first Recruiting Coordinator to build the recruiting engine from day one and run the interview process for a fast-growing health tech startup. You will partner with the Head of Talent to shape strategy, design processes, and scale hiring across both virtual and onsite interviews in our San Francisco office, with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent operations, or related experience at a technology company.
• Startup DNA: experience in early-stage environments and comfort with ambiguity.
• Builder mindset: loves solving scheduling and process challenges.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Strong attention to detail across time zones, links, and handoffs.
• Passion for candidate experience and human-centric hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable partnering with founders and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with auditing/updating job postings (LinkedIn, careers page, etc.).
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, Juicebox) and ATS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the recruiting operations strategy and processes.
• Build and maintain Ashby-based workflows, scheduling automations, and pipeline reporting.
• Set up sourcing platform integrations with Ashby and create playbooks and templates.
• Own end-to-end interview coordination across multi-site, multi-format interviews.
• Collaborate with managers to design interview plans, loops, and scorecards; ensure fast feedback.
• Host candidates onsite and ensure a welcoming, organized experience.
• Audit and refresh job postings across channels to stay on brand and accurate.
• Launch recruiting programs (interview training, referrals, onboarding prep) and track analytics.
