Job summary

Sela is seeking a highly organized recruiter early in their career to help us scale by focusing on recruiting. You’ll talk to candidates, run interview processes, review resumes, and help hire great people.

Over time, you’ll take on additional operational projects to improve processes across the company. Initially, you’ll recruit across engineering, product, sales, and other functions at a rapidly growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized; manage many moving pieces without dropping details.
• Excellent communicator: clear, concise, polished, personable.
• High-agency and proactive: see what needs to happen and make it happen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and communicate directly with candidates (and build AI agents to automate these workflows).
• Help evaluate candidates and sell them on joining Sela.
• Manage our recruiting pipeline, resumes, and candidate data in Ashby and job posts across Handshake, university career centers, and other channels.
