Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration.
• Experience owning an ATS (Ashby strongly preferred).
• Ability to design processes from scratch and document repeatable workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset to build dashboards and drive decisions.
• Systems thinking to map changes across workflows, reporting, and integrations.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Talent, Finance, and People partners.
• Bachelor's degree, or additional years of experience in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Own Ashby configuration, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene end-to-end.
• Build the reporting layer with funnel metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring velocity.
• Design repeatable workflows that scale with team and portfolio growth.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinator to manage scheduling and interview logistics.
• Identify and deploy AI & automation to reduce admin burden.
• Standardize the candidate journey across corporate and portco searches.
• Collaborate with VP of Talent, Finance, and legal for headcount planning and offer processes.
• Ensure data hygiene across portfolio companies.
