This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Recruiting, People, Marketing, and the business, using data, technology, AI, and program management to improve how we attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting, Program Management, or a similar function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging recruiting technology.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting processes, reporting, analytics, and operating rhythms.
• Turn recruiting data into insights and actionable improvements.
• Manage and optimize recruiting technology and vendor ecosystem, including security, billing, adoption, and training.
• Drive the adoption of AI across recruiting, including evaluating new use cases and implementing Nooks Agent.
• Lead strategic research projects to help make data-driven recruiting decisions.
