Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer in New York seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the HR team across the recruitment and hiring process, gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting operations and the full hiring lifecycle. You will assist with posting roles, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer paperwork, candidate communication, and TA reporting in a fast-paced retail HR environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain open positions across job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Source candidates and outreach for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview scheduling, next steps, and required documentation.
• Assist with reference checks and other pre-employment activities.
• Support the preparation and organization of offer and new hire documentation.
• Support Talent Acquisition reporting and special projects as needed.
• Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout recruitment.
