The role supports sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while building professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

As an intern, you will assist with campus recruiting activities, maintain records in the applicant tracking system, and collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and professionals at all levels.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Interest in corporate recruiting or a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach initiatives
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support resume screening and initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to learn role requirements and business needs
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist with recruiting reports and basic metrics analysis
• Participate in campus recruiting, career fairs, or hiring events as needed
