Normal Computing is an applied AI company building foundational hardware and software for the semiconductor industry and AI infrastructure. We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to own interview scheduling, Ashby administration, and candidate communications across multiple time zones.

You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, supporting immigration verification, job postings, and process documentation as the talent team scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations in high-volume or technical hiring.
• Experience maintaining pipelines, stages, and templates in Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail across multiple time zones.
• Proactive communication, flag problems early, and close the loop without prompting.
• Comfort coordinating across time zones, including off-hours scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and reschedule interviews across candidates, interviewers, and time zones.
• Ashby Administration & Reporting: Maintain job pipelines and interview stages, produce recurring reports and funnel metrics.
• Immigration Verification: Handle visa verification data transfer to immigration attorneys and maintain thread movement.
• Job Posting Management: Open/close roles in Ashby, publish to boards, refresh postings, update careers page.
• Process Support: Document processes and introduce automation/AI to improve speed and reliability.
• Special Projects: Support Head of Talent on research, administration, leadership prep, events, or ad-hoc needs.
